Mazatlan Book Fair


The Mazatlan Book Fair will take place in mid-March in Mazatlan with your cheap car rental. This book fair has been growing in popularity since it was started in 1997, and has been called "the only fair of the book in the world that happens at a human scale" , as described by writer Juan Villoro.

Fair history
When the Mazatlan Book Fair first started, it was known as Journeys for Reading UAS 97" , and was weekly presentations of editorial companies and authors. It was a local effort to promote reading, as well as a cultural event in Sinaloa.
